Goat Track Theatre

There is none above Goat Track Theatre. It has been a life changing experience for us as a family and also for our children. Having attended for over 5 years we can not recommend it enough. It is the highlight of the week for our children every week. The teachers and director/ owners know our children so well we trust them like family, in fact our children say “these are my people” when talking of GT members. GT will remain a huge part of our children’s lives well into adulthood I imagine.

My children have both attended Goat Track and it has been an integral part of their development. I could not more highly recommend Andrew, Louise and the team there as thoughtful communicators that are 100% behind their school and the children involved.

Goat track theatre is the best thing I have ever done. I have done dance, circus, singing but goat track theatre is amazing. It’s not just drama class but it’s my family. I have been here since I was in grade 4 now I am in grade 8 and not planning on stopping any time soon. Goat track has plays, school performances, the most incredible camps and make short films as well as having a variety of classes on different days time and locations so no one misses out.Thanks goat trackEliesha

Our daughter is thriving at Goat Track Theatre! We joined as a way of diversifying from the more formal Speech & Drama lessons at school and to meet other kids who share a passion for creative performance. We have been so impressed with the structure of the course, focusing on one particular theatrical element each term and celebrating at the end with a parent viewing class and certificate presentation. The personal touches by way of words of recognition and encouragement are genuine and appreciated. GTT continually recognise and celebrate great work by the students. Classes are professional yet fun. We are so glad we joined the GTT family!

My son loves the program and the camaraderie. He always looks forward to the focused sessions, exercises and games. He is always excited to attend the class. From the open class days, I see the professionalism in the teaching styles and attitudes. :-) The energy of the teachers/coaches are reflected in the energy of the children — and vice versa. Goat Track has provided the most incredible space for free expression and confidence building. My twins were non-verbal until they were four. They started with Goat Track just before they turned six and they are now nearly nine and are kicking goals all over the place. Their confidence and communication skills are now next level. Goat Track is such an important part of their life. The come out beaming every week. This group teaches the importance of respect, communication, finding the joy, harnessing playfulness, and friendship. It helps kids find their inner spark and gives them skills to never let go of it! I love what Goat Track brings to the lives of my boys. I know in my heart it is giving them such wonderful foundations and a bag of skills they won't find any where else.

My daughter has been a member of Goat Track Theatre for nearly 3 years. Right from her first day, she was welcomed warmly by the wonderful Goat Track team and the students who all attended a variety of schools throughout the area. We have found that nothing is too much trouble for Louise, Andrew, Asha and the team and even when our daughter is feeling a bit 'low' she is always eager to attend Goat Track and her emotions quickly disappear by the support she is given by the teacher and the other students. It has been wonderful to see how our daughter and the students in her class have developed and become more confident as time goes on. Each term, they discover a different part of theatre together and the open classes at the end of the term are a great way to see how much they have learnt over the term and to watch 'daggy dancing'. I would highly recommend Goat Track Theatre to any family who has a child that likes to perform, or just wants a little confidence building. Well done Goat Track team. You are all wonderful.
