I engaged Axe Legal re an unfair dismissal case which had been filed late (out of time) with the FWC. This created quite an issue. A word to others, don't get caught filing a late application like myself. Boris was invaluable in the detailed preparation of submissions required to overcome this obstacle often working late into the night. Interestingly, and prior to approval, the case was settled by the respondent before a full hearing was required. I can only assume that the submissions made were instrumental in the positive outcome achieved. The respondent obviously saw these submissions.
