Fantastic spot picturesque postcard scenery worth the 5 hour drive from Sydney.... Watch out for the brushtail possums at night they like to steal anything they can get from you lol very cute don't leave you rubbish bags outside your tent or campervan .

4WD access only. River crossings in and out, steep hill descent, rocky.Great big flat areas to camp. Can camp along the river also.Longdrop toilet for use ...Many river crossings, most are shallow enough, take care when crossing.Lots of wildlife, be careful of the Roos.Free Camping, busy on the weekends. Weekdays were very quiet. Requires booking online, max 7 night stay.Swimming and bush walking.Trees are known to fall, camp with care.Absolutely beautiful spot to escape.

Nice place for camping remember this place only 4+4 car and no water no mobile signal toilet is not clean you can do fire an enjoyable for 4w cars

2nd March 2019 saw the river level really low, dust everywhere and dead grass. The area needs rain badly, I didn't camp there and went home instead.

Beautiful spacious camping area. Plenty of areas to camp, even outside of the main area. River crossings are mainly shallow but take care. Lots of wildlife to keep you entertained, swimming and trail hikes.

Easy 4wd track to the Diggings campground. Easy river crossings. You can do sup or picnic. Camping ground is good but you have to be self-sufficient.

An absolutely beautiful area and great spot for a day out or camping, the only thing to be aware of is the roads and river crossings you need to make, so not every type of vehicle would get through especially depending on the water levels. Was very peaceful and a great place to explore.

Very pretty place to camp, lots of spots to choose from. No phone reception, no water, drop box toilet, lots of space, 4wd access only, steep hill entry and river crossings. Amazing stars at night, lots of wildlife. Absolutely love it here and will come again!

Great little spot, fairly easy to get to and nice and quiet. Plenty to do for the Explorer, or just a great bit of ambience to relax

Camp here many, many times, even during public holidays, there is plenty of places to camp. Camper trailer can access the area. There are heaps of picnic tables & a drop toilet, which has been always very clean.
