Very Abusive language used from one of the representative called me in relation to warranty, issue is regarding a radiator replacement in warranty due to leakage, i was told to pay $1750 as freight cost for bringing radiator in australia from The USA for replacement. What is point of buyung and brand new chipper when i have to pay for freight for parts coming from USA. I buy machine is Australia so i expect to be served in Australia for its warranty issue. Being a customer i should not be asked to pay for shipping cost for parts they want to import from USA becase i expect to be served being in Australia. Must read warranty policies before purchase. No other company does that.I have emails from the dealer regarding this where all above matter is discussed.Please be careful before you buy. Customer service really matter when you buy a product. Go to company which has got better customer service and you dont have to pay for parts shipping in warranty.I better not to go back to The global machinery sales in dandenong again .customer never leave bad feedback until dealership abuse them. why would a customer leave such feedback if he is happy.

Worst experience. Service is slow , management are rude . Knife replacement took months to complete and expensive . Cheaper at Bw machinery . Don’t waste your time with this company
