R.T. Edwards - Beaudesert
Had a good experience and outcome at RT Edwards - Beaudeset today. Had a faulty product which had been purchased a few months ago and still in warranty. I requested and exchange due to the problem with the product and walked away with another brand product ( a bit dearer, but OK with me). It was a no fuss" exchange by them and all the staff were very understanding and helpful. I am one "happy chappy" - thanks to all involved. I will continue to be a "loyal" customer for them. I have had a terrible experience with this shop, going in to rent a computer, I was directed to the rerentals and was told I would have full access to technical support if need be. I got the computer home and have had nothing but problems, called up for my inclusive technical support only to find out that because the product was a rerental I wasn't entitled to anything. My mother purchased a fridge at the same time and ended up having to pay out her rental early to upgrade it just so she had something that was usable. I will never rent through them again.
