It’s been a year since Renato did my baby’s photo shoot. He is so natural and patient. You can see his experience in the work he creates. We had an amazing experience.

I always used to go to this store and didnt have any issues at all but today around 5:00 PM the lady at the self serve desk was very rude she didnt approve when the machine asked for assistance and we decided to switched machines because we were late she didn’t approve for almost 5 mins and then shouted at us for switching machines. Interestingly there was a lady before us who did the same but she didn’t say anything to her. She defo needs to learn some customer service skills

I wish I had taken 'before' photos! This has been the one-and-only workhorse pram for my almost 3yo and it was FILTHY. I'd try to get rid of crumbs and wipe it down from time to time, but it was very stained and dirty after years of hard usage. But look at it now! It is pristine and ready for bub #2. So happy with everything about the service and experience I had at Pram Spa Parkville. Thank you!

Only booked bassinet after we arrived home with our baby and due to emergency c section decided to rent one last minute. Was very quick to offer us alternative solutions to picking up the bassinet when it could not be delivered for another week. We were Very lucky to be able to squeeze it into the car (normal Hyundai sedan) but had to remove car seat and scrapped the roof of the car on the inside. So be careful if you are trying to for it yourself, recommend waiting for them to deliver it! Pick up was a few days early due to location but our baby had pretty much grown out of it (even though we were still using it) so have now transitioned her to the cot. Marianne was super easy to deal with and fast to respond and returned phone calls almost instantly. Would recommend if you need the service! Note that the baby will likely be getting too big by the 8 week mark (obviously depending on your baby), our girl started getting too big around 4.5kg give or take, she was long enough to be kicking the ends and hands punching the sides. Thanks again!!

Amazing service. Pete is knowledgeable, prompt and friendly with the added convenience of the installation being done right at home. Would definitely recommend to anybody needing to install or adjust their car seats!

Do better with click and collect.I checked email and phone at 4, had to call store and it hadn't even been packed. Got there after 5 and they were still packing it. All cool. But then two items hadn't been packed so had to go in and ask. No stock I was told....and then check again on way out and another item missing.If the store says ready by 4 pm and not told of missing items until I had to ask, that's not great service LOL.Won't do click and collect again!

Have used three times now when visiting Port Macquarie and have been friendly and helpful each time

Kmart has become a very well known brand in Australia. They stock everything you need and the best thing about it is that their price Reduction unbeatable.

This is quite possibly Cairns most charming and characterful home design shop. Beautiful products tastefully displayed with attentive and courteous service.Always a pleasure to visit!
