Received spa filter arrived damaged, so they sent replacment out, took 8 days from there Sydney warehouse to me in Brisbane metro as they use couriers please but happy with outcome, just not as quick as Australia post would be from my experience, but still satisfactory

seemed to have stock, however 8 days later still no tracking and constant excuses. when i asked to cancel the order i was told it was being sent today. how convenient. I wont be buying from them again and i suggest you look elsewhere too. other businesses i contacted could ship the same day

I recently bought a spa cover from Spa Store Australia. They were very helpful in ensuring that the cover was the right shape and size to fit. Delivery was prompt, it was extremely well packed to avoid any damage, and the quality of the cover is excellent.

Don’t return emails, delivery service pathetic. Not worth the cost saving.

It does seem increasingly rare where you can say all experiences with a vendor are excellent....but after 6 years using Spa Store I find this is the case. The staff are always helpful, they know their products well, and they just get the job done. I highly recommend them.

Ordered a custom made swim spa cover, was told it would take around 6 weeks but it arrived within 3 weeks, such great service. It fits perfectly. Would totally recommend

I originally rang them because they had Vortex products and thought they may know who sold Vortex spas or if there was more than one company that did. These people were so helpful and friendly and informative. Their products might take a bit to get to you but they’re very good products and not unreasonably priced. However, after the delivery of the spa and my first question after having the handover, I did question the chlorine and how to check it. I told them I was told to put in 60 grams per day and I didn't like to do it because i could smell the chlorine. I queried this and got a reply that I was meant to be putting in SIX GRAMS I mean, seriously? ROFL. The bottle even says daily dose 10 GRAMS PER 1000 litres. I will have to ask elsewhere because that was unimpressive and the first negative experience I've had. If someone else had been told that, that didn't understand the spa essentials, it could have led to serious hygiene issues. Other staff were great. Products otherwise came v quickly and even the handover guy recommended the goods.

Really poor service, incredibly mediocre delivery times, and utterly disinterested in doing anything about it. Package I ordered has been sitting with their couriers about an hour away for 3 days, but they refuse to do anything about it because it is still within their arbitrarily set estimated delivery times". Rather than try and deliver quality service
