Where does one begin, I have been with my doctor for over 10 years and followed her to the practise roughly 2-3 years ago the staff at the front desk have always been rude the way they speak to me when I want to book in is like I'm an inconvenience to them, but I'm mature enough to overlook that neurotic behaviour but today put the cherry on the cake. Booked my First Pfizer dose but for certain reasons I had to cancel which I did via the usual text message response where you confirm your appointment. Got a call today from them saying I'm late so I explained the situation and said I need to see my GP prior to re-booking the vaccine. Receptionist shamed me stayed silent for a minute never bothered to offer me a new appointment with my GP and said I'll just cancel it" and hung up the phone. What a trash way to treat clients. Have some basic manners. I'm sure Providence will deny it all as they have in other review's

Warner’s bay providence. Edit. This review is in response to how they treated my pregnant partner. She rang up as she needed to know if she was pregnant as this would mean a change to her medication.The receptionist is very rude and it’s nearly impossible to get through to make an appointment or even talk to someone. Last time I rung up to get results as they had never rung me they abused me and said they would call me. I’m still waiting. Going to a new doctor. The doctors are ok but the receptionists are absolutely useless.Avoid if you can

I have a respiratory issue and I have a mask exemption. I was looking for a new doctor as my prior doctor had retired.The surgery staff were extremely rude and unprofessional and also told me that they do not accept legitimate mask exemptions as a part of surgery policy.This is discriminatory.I do not advise that you go to this surgery and that you find alternative doctors. Especially since the staff are so unprofessional and rude.

Called to apologise as I was running late for an appointment (got stuck at work). Was only a couple of minutes late.Receptionist was extremely rude and told me to “consider it cancelled”.I asked if I could rebook and was told No.

Avoid this practice, they are rude and incompetent! They messed up my specialist referral so badly that I was left unable to claim any Medicare rebate at all and had to cover the entire cost of specialist fees myself. When I called to sort it out the practice manager refused to correct what was clearly her error and ended up hanging up on me. Don't waste your time and money, these people have no idea what they are doing!

Really disappointing experience. The nurses were really friendly and helpful. But the 2 different doctors I saw were not very good. They charged me for a long consult both times even though neither consult was long and when I questioned this they were very rude.Seems like they are just interested in making money.

On Holidays and I found myself needing to see a doctor, I went to this medical centre and was treated wonderfully!

I took my family to visit the dentist, it was amazing how she could get a 4 year old and 2 year old to sit still and enjoy the experience! While waiting for me my wife took my little girl in for her vaccinations and was very impressed with the medical staff. What a great experience all round with awesome facilities.

Tried to make an appointment with my regular Doctor. But because I haven't been back in over 12 months (because I haven't needed to), I was rudely refused and told to go back to my regular doctor.... Even though my GP/regular doctor is at this Medical facility..If I was you, I wouldn't waste my time OR money going here. The women at the front Desk/on the phone was incredibly Rude and unprofessional

Booked in for my partner to discuss a medical matter and obviously wanting the doctor's opinion on whether it was safe to be around other people.Waited 45 mins for our appointment, then had someone put ahead of us anyways. Felt like she just spoke at us instead of with us and then was charged a long consultation. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
