After searching everywhere including eBay and Google I finally found a store that had in stock my favourite brown trout lure that I'd lost on my second cast at the Merri River last week. Given their very reasonable prices, I stocked up on these and also found a Micro Pompadour that I'd not heard of before. Great shop, great range, great prices and very helpful staff. Will definitely drive down again from Bendigo.

For anyone at any stage of their experience or knowlodge this store is fantastic! I have recently got my gun licence and was wanting to purchase a gun. Someone else recommended this store to me and it held up. Fantastic service and very friendly. I dont know too much about guns yet so i asked all the beginner and obvious questions and they were able to answer with a smile on their face. Excellent service and knowledge. Will defiantly be going to back to this store and recommending it to anyone.

Great service from the staff. Plus you can grab a coffee while you’re having a browse!They aren’t over pushy, but are more than happy to offer advice or tips on products, plus what’s biting and where. The other day, shop was busy, but the salesman from gun side of the shop was more than happy to assist with fishing related questions, plus he knew his staff.Now I just have to catch some fish!Cheers guys

An impressive combination of hunting and fishing gear. The fly fishing guys were super helpful in particular. However, if in Melbourne, there are honestly better places to get fishing equipment such as theflyfisher' and 'compleat angler'. It's probably Ballarat's best

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!Instead take your business to RF Scott & Co.H. Rehfisch & Co. has poor customer service, and the overall knowledge is lacking.Drove a 4 hr round trip to collect a product, they loaded the wrong product into my car, and I only realised when I opened the cardboard box it was packaged in at my house. Instead of rectifying the problem they refused to fix their mistake and deliver the correct one and switch it over, so I had to drive another 4 hour round trip again to get the product I originally paid for. Not worth your time for poor service.

I made a purchase here in April 2021, I couldn’t fault anything in my transaction. I purchased new items and supplies, both of which were a great price for me. The items were very competitive from what I had researched. The shop is great, plenty on display and all the staff were happy to take the time to explain/chat with me and answer the questions I had. Terrible customer service !I called H. Rehfishch to obtain a quote/purchase a rifle as my local firearms dealer is closed due to stage 4 restrictions here in VictoriaI spoke with a salesmen who struggled to answer basic questions around the stores processes and procedures (general quotation, permits, lay buy terms) this resulting in myself being placed on hold multiple times while he asked the boss (Guy)Conversation with the salesperson resulted in myself having to speak with the boss directly (Guy) as he could not deliver a satisfactory level of customer serviceGuy did not value myself as a customer and only had his own interests in mind, he would not listen to my situation and went on to tell me how long stage 4 restrictions would last in Victoria and that i did not need a lay-buy term longer then a 2-3 weeksGuy wanted a 50% deposit paid up front and the rifle paid in full in 2-3 weeks, Guy explained that he is there to sell guns and does not wish to wait for his moneyAn absolute shocking performance for any business owner, and zero respect for his customersHighly recommend taking your business to another firearm dealer where your business is valued !

I have now bought two firearm packages from Rehfisch. On both occasions the staff were very knowledgable and friendly and both packages were really good deals. The first time the price of the firearm couldn't be adjusted much so a good price was done on ammunition. The second time a good deal was done on everything I bought. Excellent service and great prices if you negotiate. Highly recommended.
