The boys Daniel and Trevor were very friendly and professional. They explained the whole process thoroughly so I understood exactly what was involved. They even helped me assemble some furniture that I physically couldn't do myself! They were a huge help, I am very grateful and highly recommend them!

0 stars. This company was organised by our realtor. They called my wife to advise they had damaged some property of ours, photo frames. That is fine and we appreciated that they let us know however when we reached the point to seek reimbursement, they would only refund for one of the damaged frames, not the 2nd, although they were both damaged and NEXT TO EACH OTHER. In our spare room, sporting memorabilia was knocked over signed by elite athletes which they also claimed was not done by them, THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE HOUSE. We were advised that their staff had not knocked anything else over and believed their staff over the consumer. Extremely disappointing and we are shattered our priceless gifts were damaged and there was no duty of care, this is a small expense to them however extremely valuable to us. Our property is installed with security cameras as well as an extra doggy camera in the living room, disappointing it has come to this. We are seeking legal action against this company. Furthermore, we have colleagues who experienced the same. If this has happened to you, shoot me an email and join our class. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THERE ARE BETTER OUT THERE AND WILL BE FORTHCOMING AND LOOK AFTER THEIR CLIENTELE.

Used these guys before hopless and dosnt work and contacted them about it and they don't care. Since contacted insurance repair builders and they did not recommend these guys at all.

Alex came to our house to do mould treatment under our bath after we discovered it had never been hooked up.Alex was great to deal with. He was on time both times he came out. He talked us through the process and explained to us what needed to be done. Great service and an asset to the team.

Rob was very helpful and professional and gave very helpful advice. As this is my professional studio and int property is a long way out from the city centre, Rob (and Sam from head office) were able to enable a misting service right away, which not only gave me great peace of mind but also meant I was able to more quickly commence putting things back together so I can work in the space again. Feeling greatly relieved. Thank you.
