We recently lost my brother & his beautiful wife 18 days apart and there are still no words to describe my heartbreak. Deanne, Sarah & Chris were so loving & caring I couldn't have done it without them. The care and compassion they showed to Rob & Di and to myself & family, before, during & after was beyond words. This is not just a job to them, they care about what they do and everyone they help with their amazing work. They truly are angels who love and care about everyone at such sad, tragic times and also afterwards. The love, care & professionalism shown by Embrace Funerals is beyond outstanding, I cannot recommend them enough.

My wife and I were recently put in touch with Deanne and Embrace funerals after the stillbirth of our son, Oscar. The support provided by the Embrace team was incredible, especially during such a sensitive and vulnerable time. We cannot fault the professionalism, care and compassion shown by Deanne. The time spent to create the intimate service for Oscar made precious memories which we will never forget. I will always be grateful for time Deanne took to comfort my wife at the time. She really was available at all hours.

Deanne at Embrace funerals supported my husband and I in the worst moment of our life. After experiencing the loss of our baby boy we were blessed to find Deanne who carefully guided us through the process of making arrangements. Knowing our baby was going to be cared for with such genuine love and compassion was such a comfort.Deanne’s attention to detail is what made our time left with our son that extra bit precious. We had the opportunity for a viewing ahead of the service. Our baby was lovingly placed in a bassinet. This gave us precious time to be with him. Our final service at the chapel was beautiful. The flowers, video and service booklet all managed by Deanne and Embrace.Thanks to their expertise we were able to focus on grieving for our son. Deanne and Embrace certainly understand how to support grieving parents in farewelling their little angels. Every aspect and detail was taken care of. Deanne will always be that person who helped us honour and farewell our little boy.

They recently helped my father, my brother and I with the preparation and conduct of a celebration of life service for our mother at Centennial Park. It was a beautiful service, with numerous positive comments back from all attendees. Deanne did an amazing job as the celebrant and with the floral arrangements and all the little details. She and her team were a pleasure to deal with, organised and delivered exactly what they promised when they promised. We are very grateful that we found them.

Deanne and her team from Embrace Funerals made the process of arranging our Mum's funeral much easier than we expected. They were supportive, caring and we felt like they actually listened to what we wanted and the end result was a funeral that was personal, and exactly what Mum would have wanted. Deanne was so wonderful in preparing for us to say goodbye to our son. Our little boy was stillborn 3 weeks ago and the service was lovely. It allowed us to spend time grieving and what they did was beautiful. It honoured our son and they were so gentle on preparing his service. Allowing us to email details through when we were still in shock during our meeting. The words spoken during the service were beautiful and we thank the team at Embrace for being do lovely during the whole process. They made it easier for us during such a difficult time so Thank you.

The costs for your services prove your business is legitimately focused on providing a funeral service based on legitimate costings. It is a huge benefit to find a privately owned funeral business which has demonstrated that a service can be provided without the expense that some companies postulate. I lost my dad recently and we had a very complex relationship which made the thought of saying our final goodbyes quite overwhelming. Deanne from Embrace Funerals as well as all of her other staff were absolutely PHENOMENAL to work with.. they treated my dad with so much love and care, all of the final touches they did on him for the day of the funeral were amazing. He looked so incredible before he was laid to rest. Every little detail was so carefully done.They were so accommodating to our needs for the service, allowing us to play videos of dad singing as people entered the chapel, and as people left, they were so supportive always checking in and helping with every bit of the process. They even allowed us to have a donation box for Beyond Blue for dad in the lounge as he was having his service. (We managed to raise $200.00 thanks to everyone's generosity).I have been through other companies for other loved ones before and let me tell you, Embrace have by FAR been the best to work with. Please look no further if you are looking for an amazing funeral home to honour your loved one. They are incredible.
