The worst builder and human being you will ever come across. Don’t be fooled by the previous fake reviews. We have had roof leaks ever since we moved in among over 100 other defective and unfinished work items. The roofer finally came back after 4 months to fix the problem as it caused so much damage to stairs, walls, floor boards and ceilings. After showing Mr Osborne the evidence of where the leak was coming in (a hole that his roofer left in the roof) Brad told me it was my fault for buying a lemon of a house and wouldn’t be fixing any of the damage.I would strongly advise anyone to stay completely away from this guy and if you don’t believe me look me up and I can show you pages and pages of everything this guy has done to us!There are rooms in our house the are not habitable as they have filled with black mould cause Brad ripped off external walls and then took off with our money never to return to fix them.Honestly stay away from this guy

Any issues that arose throughout the build were communicated to us and rectified promptly. We are on our second build with Brad! The first was an extension with pool. Everything was faultless and really did go above and beyond.Our second build is a brand new house and pool. We start to move in next week and once again, we are beyond happy with his management and quality of build. Amongst so much uncertainty in the market Brad delivered everything on time and within the original budget even with a few upgrade thrown in. Highly recommend!

We are now to the end of our build and honestly you will never meet a more honest reliable professional builder. Nothing was ever a problem for Brad and the team, always contactable. If this was not going to be our last home I would build again with the team. In this day and age to find a young man with such get up and go is a real credit to his mentors. Would definitely recommend Osborne Family Builders for your future builds.

Absolutely gutted and disappointed.Not only did these builders rob us of our life savings, they left a half finished renovation after being paid for the work. Sewerage piped were left open behind plastered walls causing one of our children to get sick, nails sticking out of floorboards, roof leaks, the list goes on.Would highly advise to never use this builder, a very unprofessional builder. Tried to claim over 40% in variations without even gaining permission from us. We are also not the only ones he has done this too.Do not use Osborne Family Builders!

A great building company. Brad was easy to work with and helped us build an amazing home. I was able to view a few of brads homes that he built as well and the quality was high end on all of them.
