Best Nail Bar

I am baffled. I have no words. I am furious. I specifically requested for the lady to avoid the sore blisters on my heels. When she nodded and said sure I assumed she understood. But I was wrong. She looked me in the eye and begins to aggressively scrub while I’m squirming for dear life until they are bleeding and raw. I could barely walk out of the shop. I have my formal in four days and need to learn how to walk again. If I could rate this negative stars trust me I would. $55 for my feet to be ripped to shreds. The colours cute tho, the one thing I could control from my visit. I’ve warned you ladies. Currently writing this message through tears rn ffs

The best nail place I have been to! They fixed my botched nails from the previous place I went for free, and I love the new colours. Staff are friendly and very quick. Extremely well priced- gel is $45 for acrylics. Will definitely go back. Pics are a before and after (nude are the previous set)

PACIFIC FAIR STOREI hated it. Worst place on the Gold Coast, as well as being the most expensive.

My daughter recommended this salon when they were in Southport and I joined her there as a regular client. Maddy and I followed them to pac fair as much as we hate big shopping centres nothing compares. Their new business is 10 fold but they run a tight ship and service is still the same if not better. This husband and wife team work 7 days a week now and leave their young family to provide a perfect service to the public. 5 stars tenfold. You deserve a 10 star rating. Love you guys and all your new staff are AMAZING xx

Chipped nail polish, every time, the same day that I get the service/refill - at the pacific fair store. I’ve never had it happen before at other salons, but it has happened multiple times here.They are also overpriced.They refuse to do ‘repairs’ even though their product is inadequate. I will not be returning and I don’t recommend.

Rudest workers I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. Got up, walked out and went to Paintbox where I was treated with care and respect. If I could give 0 stars, I would.Don't give these arrogant, rude people your hard earned money.

I have been coming here for years; now that is has moved to pacific fair. I would be asked to come back within an hour and you’d still be waiting. Although I’ve been going here for a long time, the main nailist is excellent at nails however she has a habit of being impolite and rude considering how much she charges for nails. She would have a go at you even if you ask for more detail which would make anyone feel uncomfortable. The prices have not only doubled but they constantly rush you, you will feel like you are on edge. She is rather biased towards younger girls and more accounting for older women instead. With her attitude and how much you pay. You would expect the service to be better, therefore sadly I’ll need to go elsewhere. Goodnight.

Terrible service! And if you dare to ask to fix your nails at the same time it has been done. Or if you ask to fix the shape. The owner will get very aggressive. They were totally disrespectful with me and other clients as I have seen. The lady owner is a very rude and has no respect to the costumers. I had to pay $35 extra at the end!However I have to get it fixed in another nail salon as they work wasn’t finished properly. Pedicure was a massive waisted of time. Definitely never go back there!
