I wonder why you didn't go to see them re your complaints ?The flowers used, have always been of top quality and they go out of their way to fulfill all requests.I have nothing but praise for this business.

A wonderful florist. I have bought flowers from them many times. I discuss my needs - birthday, get well, funeral, whatever - and they make suggestions. Then I let them get on with it. Every recipient has been pleased with their flowers.

They could do that day arrangement and delivery,a bit different from the picture and colours l chose,which were pink and purple in a square vase ,but basically nearly all white with a little purple with a completely different vase,but this could have been due to the lockdown,,but they were fresh all the same
