Very efficient and friendly from the start. When a problem did occur, they rectified it extremely well and gave us a great deal. Fred the driver was extremely courteous and generous and all went so smoothly for my elderly Mum, who was treated with dignity and respect. Thanks to Jay and Fred, would highly recommend this company!

Best experience with Aussin, very professional and polite service. Both the owner and tow driver where very upfront and fair, they didn't renegotiate the price when they arrived either, which is great. I've sold cars before and Its always a headache but im so glad I sold my car to Aussin, thier dedication and hard work ensured both myself and them a hassle free transaction. Will definitely be referring my family and friends to them. 5 stars for sure. Very happy customer here.

I sent them a message and they responded within minutes, and organised for the car to be removed within about an hour. The team were fantastic, both on the phone and in person. Money came in straight away, before the car was on the truck!Very happy.

100% recommend you try these guys if you are looking for auto parts. I know very little about cars, names of parts or even what model my car is and despite this, the guys have gone out of their way to source the correct parts, swapped items over for me when I have advised them of the wrong thing and even sourced items from other wreckers and had them couried over. These guys really want to help and nothing is too much trouble. Cant recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much Aussin Auto Parts.

Honest, reliable and competent people.I contacted Aussin and several other similar businesses while searching for OEM parts during COVID19 lockdown, the difference was significant. These guys were willing to help in any way possible.They even refunded cost of a faulty part after almost a month.Amazing service, highly recommended!

Don't trust these guys. They promised me to provide two used tail lights for my car. When I was about to collect my lights, first they told me one sidelight had been damaged and promised me to provide the other side tail lights later. Two or three days later, informed the other side's light was also damaged. I wasted about three weeks on this scam.
