This store need to work on customer service including Staff’s behaviour because the guy served me was unprofessional and i told him to pack it Separately and he denied and said tell this to my Boss not me . Subway head office needs to look into this store when especially when they are located on highway because people don’t have enough options.

I have a disability and a concert audience was in the building having lunch and the lady (subway worker) bought the sneeze gaurd down slightly and leaned in to hear better as I can't speak over noise that loud, personally that was really kind, we need more people like her!!

Absolutely horrible experience, was refused service of food as she was cleaning and not serving customers, when asked to see the manager I was ignored and told lies, this is just a horrible experience, I will never visit another subway again. Subway marulan Service centre please be aware do not visit this location.

Quite possibly the slowest Subway that I have been to!! There was only one person working just as the lunchtime rush started. There was no white bread available. My order tasted fine when I eventually got it though so that was the main thing

I cannot believe that Subway Marulan south bound has had its toaster oven out of order for at least 3 weeks that I know of, I was there again yesterday and guess what, still out of order. That’s one of the only things you don’t get charged extra for so I suppose the owner doesn’t care too much, they aren’t making extra money from toasting foot longs. I bet if the $3 extra avocado was out of order it would be fixed, pronto. It’s quite embarrassing for the staff I’m sure to apologise to customers for almost a month over and over again. Why hasn’t the Subway franchise ordered this repair to be done ASAP, considering getting your meal toasted is meant to be part of the Subway experience. Come on owner of Subway Marulan south bound , lift your game and get your finger out NOW !!!PS It is surely costing you business. While I was there, like 20 minutes, I saw 3 customers ask about the toaster and then did not order Subway, they went over to Hungry Jacks. Not a good look.If anything I hope this embarrasses you enough to get it fixed.

Would give less if possible.. I'm an interstate truck driver and the way the staff runs and charges for items is appalling. On multiple occasions I have been overcharged for ridiculous reasons. Once for asking for my sub to be wrapped in separate paper so it was easier to manage while on the road i was charged for 2x 6 inch subs instead of one footlong. Not only that but somehow when i asked for a chicken cheese and avocado jaffle today. Not only was i charged double what i was at other subway stores u have asked for this from... but when i asked for one iced tea i was sold 2... not impressed. Poor customer experience.Edit: all I was told was that it would cost extra for chicken strips which I agreed to as that is a perfectly reasonable expectation. I was not told it would be two 6 inch subs just in general management and service at this particular Subway branch is subpar. I have given this branch a few opportunities now and have been disappointed every single time I have returned for service I will not be wasting my money with a franchise branch that does not communicate clearly add accommodate reasonable requests. It's really not that difficult to provide a good customer service experience, even if you have to make a few modifications. This branch clearly cares more about profit than it does about actually taking care of customers.

Got served by the most unpleasant girl, would be nice is she could crack a smile and say hello back instead of ignoring me. Was waiting to be served and she could see that but continued doing what she was doing. Customer service here is terrible and by looking at other reviews staff needs to be taught proper customer etiquette.

the staff is way more than rude…. just picking up on costumers… a big raciest lady a girl with blue eyes, blonde hair and short height is completely unprofessional …… needs to work on her communication skills… she behaves as if we are asking for subway from her money.
