Keep well away from this place the management and staff are not trained in customer courtesy or respect; or in the products they sell .Their return policy is non existent; these people are an embarrassment to retail .Go to Bunnings .be warned stay well clear of Trade link Bannister road

We were recommended to go here by our plumber as they not only have a good range of quality products, but good knowledge and service. He was absolutely right. Monica in particular was very patient (I was very stressed!) and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you to their team who did so much to help me out.

I went to this store to buy replacement taps for my bathrooms. Was told by sales assistant repeatedly that my taps could not be replaced which is not the case. Would recommend the other plumbing supply stores on the same street. Better range better service.

Tradelink Canning Vale Showroom + Trade
We went in looking for a specific vanity originally. We have returned several times since then because they have the most helpful staff. Extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. We ordered what we wanted and it was delivered to our house in a couple of days every time. Cannot recommend enough, prices are great but we would pay more to buy from here because the experience is great.

She got me the exact taps I needed, reminded me on what else I needed to make the renovation smooth.
