IGA Mortdale

I love shopping at Mortdale IGA. Great store helpful staff with good prices compared to Coles Oatley.

ComplaintLike every time I do my grocery @ IGAI DO use trolley and bagsUnfortunately, the bottom of this one breaks due to a heavy quantity such as bottles of water and more likes. Today as it did happen couple times some slipped just below bottles and without malvelliintention I did not notice it. However the cashier who for years always had a very bad attitude allowed her self not only check in but to did put her hand inside my trolley to verify and made me feel anything other than a thief. They have in any circumstances right to touch ours as well as our person. It's not legal in the eyes of the law.They have the right to call a representative of the law or even have a security guardTo you dear company I will have to file a complaint in this regard.To you customer be certain thatyou have rights and that it is time for certain people to stop taking themselves for the police.Bless all

Have an issue with an employee's harrassing behaviour towards myself and my family at this store; who I was told by staff was a manager. I rang the IGA customer service line and lodged a complaint. Since then the person has gotten worse with us in store. I have now in total rung up 3 times; told the information would be forwarded on. Told that they can do nothing except forward the information on as these stores are independantly owned. Today I was actually told by the customer service officer to just not shop at the store to avoid the problem. So if you have a problem with this store nothing will be done about it I guess. Over 16yrs shopping at this store that changed hands; no problems until now. Disgraceful.

Own car park which is a plus, very thin Isles you can hardly fit 2 people in the Isles. But has almost everything that I needed. I was looking for Slim shakes and they did not have them as far as I could see. The staff were very helpful when I asked questions.

New too the area. But IGA is great. Kind staff so far. No complaints as yet. So it's a go on IGA Mortdale.

The lady in the deli shout out she's is the best and worth a pay rise because I only go for her service

Absoluely worst dehli service ever - has been for a long time. Today was the last sraw. No masks and incorrectly worn masks. Management was present. When I complained - no apology, the Manager lied....will never shop there again.

I suffer from a disability and use a mobility scooter to get around, I frequent your store quiet regularly but not any more and will recommend to friends and community not to do so also. I find. It difficult manovering. Around store as your isles are very narrow especially when you leave trolleys of stock loading platforms in the middle of isles. Today I was trying to get between an abandoned trolly of stock and shelf ond knocked over a chocolate display. The manager came and suggested I know longer shop in her store as this is not the the first time that I have caused damage. She was very rude and discrimative to my conditions as far as I’m concerned I did not ask for my disability and am quite embarresed about some of the situations I get myself into. Not for me to say but I suggest you review your WHS practices before work cover do and have a field day. Brian
