Jay is a thorough professional who advised us to get curtains and blinds the way we imagined. Jay was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We needed to redo all the blinds at our home since they were old and outdated. We are super pleased with the final job and installments that Jay helped us put up. The job was done efficiently and the quote we received was reasonable and super competitive compared to other quotes we had gotten. Also Jay made a point to get our curtains up before the holidays as promised. We really appreciated the efficiency, professionalism and prompt communication. Huge thanks to Jay and his team for our custom made curtains. Jay was very professional and has a wealth of knowledge. He made recommendations on the layout and we’re really happy with how they look and the colour. Jay’s prices were competitive and he ended up quoting cheaper than a competitor’s after they incorrectly quoted us. After that, we knew Custom Window Furnishing was the way to go and we were going to be way happier with the final result. And we are :). Highly recommended!

Jay was a pleasure to deal with and is extremely talented in this field. His attention to detail was next level. Jay and his son installed them professionally and efficiently and could not fault the finished product at all. We couldnt be happier with the whole experience and how streamlined it was, from the start being brought over multiple samples, free measuring and quote right up to the finished product. Very happy customers and we would 100% recommend this family business any day.
