Good range of BBQs and smokers (and more) surprised to see a good variety of Kamado Joe and accessories to suit. I was only there to top up on smoking chips and dry rubs. I also was impressed with some of the advice i heard given to another customer on a smoker that he was interested in. Good customer service.

Walked in with the family after a bbq, we got a half a$$ hello and that's it, no customer service. We were willing to spend about $2000 and no help so we went somewhere else and got great customer service and brought a new bbq.

Friendly staff! Great range and store layout. Was helped by Connor and he went out of his way to help me find the right bbq, even let me stay and shop after the store was supposed to be closed. Will be back to buy some outdoor furniture and get any barbecue supplies I might need in the future!Great place to shop!!

Purchased a $3400 Saxon mahogany free standing wood heater. The top plate and support frame have lasted one and a half winters. Frame is all buckled and fire proof top plate is broken. Rang them to discuss, they didn't want to know about it, said warranty is 12 months. Buyer beware. If you buy a Saxon mahogany be prepared to get a fabrication shop to make you a stronger top plate. Because you will only get 1 or 2 winters out of the one that is supplied. Major design flaw. Very weak and flimsy and should be made from stainless. No customer support at all.
