Excellent serviceFriendly and efficient staff. I was lucky today as, being early, only two barbers were on duty. I was second in queue and didn't have long to wait. Highly recommended.

Great service with Great customer service, with a special credit to @Helen. She is the best hair dresser I've ever seen. Talented and passinate with high attention to details. In addition to that, she has a warm and kind personality. I can wait weeks to have my hair cut by her.

Literally the worst barber I’ve ever been to. Shaved the side of my head when I asked for a low taper. They have no hair cutting knowledge and absolutely messed my hair. Just a bunch of old ladies with too much time on their hands. I would give a 0 star rating if I could. You’d be better off giving yourself a haircut. Do not get a haircut here whatever you do.

POSSIBLE FAKE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!I've been 5 times so far and I didn't experience nothing else but excellent service.Although my haircut is quite simple, they always do it very carefully and care for the details.Clean, very kind, pleasant music - simply 5 stars.On a weekday it cost me $32.50, Sunday $35.

Barber looks at reference phot and doesn’t even try to copy it. A REFERENCE PHOTO OF ME WITH THAT HAIRCUT and he cuts its way too short, and doesn’t want try to style it correctly. when I say it doesn’t look the same he says it’s fine and the haircut is good. Train your people in customer service. Never coming back here

I travelled to Castle towers from Epping to get a haircut on Monday 31/1. I visited the barber at 4:30pm and there was a queue so I walked around the centre as there were no seats in the waiting area. I arrived back at 5:03pm for a haircut and the lady that worked there told me that they are closing and they won’t be able to see me. I mentioned to her that the shop is due to open until 5:30pm. At this point there were 3 barbers present and 1 customer waiting. There was also a dad waiting for his son who was in the chair having his hair cut. I don’t understand how it takes 30 mins for 3 barbers to cut one persons hair. She then said we didn’t get a break today? I don’t really think that’s an acceptable excuse to refuse customers. To make matters worse I walked past the barbers at 5:20 on my way home and the doors were shut and there were no customers in store. Very poor customer service. Very disappointing.I will never return here again. You have lost a loyal customer.

Used to come here all the time, went in yesterday and the barber messed up a simple trim around the ears and on the back of the head. Came in for the easiest cut of all time and left with this abomination. Don't waste your time and wait here. Feel bad for Helen because she provided a good service unlike the man who cut my hair.

I always get my hair cut at Allan's especially from both Ronald and Helen, they both are my favorite!
