Dragon Piano Removal

Jason and team, just carried our upright piano up two flights of stairs with two pretty nasty turns to get around. We will definitely be using them when the piano needs to be removed again!Highly recommend.

Very disappointed experience! A date has been set up,then was canceled by them just on the night before, and didn’t want to give a rescheduling, just said “go google someone else”. Not recommend！

I needed my piano moved but didn't know how to find a reputable piano moving company. I recently drove past the Dragon Piano company truck and decided to look them up. I'd driven past other trucks that said piano removers" but the trucks looked worn down

Jason and team were organised and efficient.They were friendly and made moving the piano look easy.

If there is no star available, Adam and Jason are well deserved it. I have never met Removalist as unprofessional, rude like them. They called me up in the morning saying they will arrive at 10:20.( I have to cancel my son’s class for it, and I had told them in advance that is the only one-hour slot I can't make it on the day),but they rock up close to 12 without an apology. Adam walked in like he owned my home.They are keep joking around and boasting to me that they are the greatest piano Removalist in the Sydney. How they been ranked number 1. How busy and good they are, with phone on the hand, keep picking up the phone calls during middle of our conversation, without even an “excuse me”. After a quick installation, Adam walked straight inside to my house, and ask for toilet without even stopping his steps. I have never seen anyone as rude as him and I have no idea who give him the rights to do so. After I told him why the toilet is inconvenience to use. He storm out my house and make me so scared, I tired to explain to Jason again why the toilet can't be used, Jason said to me “ I treat Adam like animals!!!” and storm out from my house like they gonna hit me! How shame of you two big guys act so aggressive to a women when she is by herself with her little children? So you know you can say whatever and act aggressive that no one can witness your bad behaviour? Shame on you both! I am pity for your low confidence. Only big guy have no esteem like you two can be aggressive in front of women and whin when your little needs can't be fulfilled and think other people looks down on you.
