Baby Bunting Capalaba

I never realised that this store seems to go on forever! So many things. As an aside I think paying thousands for a pram is ridiculous but it's there for those people who want them. Found great gifts for new parents and the staff member who served us was very pleasant.

What an amazing experience. Mace provided the most amazing customer service. He went out of his way to assist me. So nice to see in a world where so many people are too busy to even give you a courteous smile. You have made my day Mace. Thank you

If I could rate a negative score I would.After hosting a baby shower on the weekend my daughter received multiple gifts of the same item from this store.Clearly as gifts, they are not given with a receipt, but as a branded Baby Bunting product gifted in a branded bag, you would think at least an exchange or store credit would be possible.NO Way!The service representative bluntly refused, with a smug smirk...No Receipt no exchange. That's the policy".So my warning is this..make sure you save all receipts. Better still..go somewhere else"

Wide range of products and that's the only good thing about the store.....Went in to buy a pillow that my specialist and gp bother recommend as I head into my 2nd trimester. The place is expensive, I found the range of clothes a little out dated, found a onsie that said the best thing to come out of 2021.The staff member who was serving me her name was selina, she was rude, condescending and judgemental. I haven't started to show and she looked me up and down and rolled her eyes. She made suggestions and didn't like my answer when I told her I have tried that and my gp and fertility specialist recommend I give this a go. She probably should just do her job and keep her comments and judging looks to herself and if she can't then she needs to learn before she gets fired for her rude behaviour

I went to the Capalaba store to check out cloth nappies. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will go again when I have more time to look at all the products.

Amazing service! I just went into the Capalaba store to purchase a baby carrier. Shelly served me and she couldn't have been more accommodating or patient. I was unsure of what to get and she helped me try on and test about 7 of them, helping adjust the straps and pop my baby in all of them to see how she liked it. I couldn't have had a better experience. Shelly, you're a sweetheart, thank you!!

They have a very good range of products to cover all aspects for a newborn. The staff are always friendly and helpful with a good knowledge of the products. The prices aren't always the cheapest you can find but the convenience of having everything in one store and usually in stock makes up for that.

A very well stocked place with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The BIGGEST let down are the prices! It seems you add the words baby or wedding to some everyday items and you can overcharge 40%! Of course I made the percentage up, but wow, this place is incredibly expensive.

Staff are always friendly. The items are a little overpriced, but they have a HUGE selection. They stock everything you would ever need!
