Went to 3 similar shops didn't find what I needed but they did the staff member was great helping me out

This is one of my favourite stores to visit I look at everything in store just to see if there's anything new that will take my fancy and I always get good advice that leads me to making the best choice I'll always see this store as my happy place.

The older gentleman who helped me was the most genuine and well meaning guy I've had the pleasure of being served by in a long while. 10/10, will absolutely reccomend your company to others in the future. Top stuff.

Absolutely exemplary service!I came in with a problem with my solar regulator and the guy got to the bottom of it very quickly and was super helpful. So much so that I decided to make a random purchase after such good service, just to leave some more money with the store. Really impressed.

I called Peter with my stock request, he said he had what I needed after speaking with him. Drove all the way there, to find out he doesn't, and when asked if he could help me find the product online he wouldn't help me. He ACTUALLY said no

Firstly, Chris is the best.Next, Jaycar is the best ever.And Australian owned family business with 30 to 40 shops around Australia.What an amazing success story.If you go to any Jaycar store, then you will understand why.I needed a specific connection that I could not get from JB, hi-fi, officeworks - or any other electronics store.It took some time and we had to put our heads together, but Chris ended up working out that I needed a female to female USB connector. It has solved a complex technology problem. Thank you Chris.Now that the business end of things was done, we had some fun…The most powerful magnet is a great investment for anybody, ever. But it is NOT A TOY!!!I highly recommend the bug detector with infrared camera detection (not for any other reason, except it is hilarious).Also, any traveller should purchase a UV torch, and is it to inspect the sheets of the hotel room before they lay down.I love Jaycar West Burleigh for all my technology.

Terrible service.. no customer sales skills whatsoever. Goods on special and still some left pre Xmas but refused to match the sale price just finished. Manager don't give a flying and preferred to leave it unsold. I run a business and would have his ball's for that poor decision

Huge appreciation for Darrel the store manager for his willingness to help trouble shoot an issue with the battery/inverter/solar controller within our vanHe was very dilligent and curious to help solve the issue as well as recommend how to stop this from happening in future.All for free. Us newbie travellers/van life got educated and our proble was fixed!Thank you Darrel.Georgia and Arturo (melbourne-nites).

Wow.. thought I may have been the only person to experience this, but reading the other reviews seems to be a pattern here.. the majority of the staff are great but Natasha.. all I can say if you don't like your job or dealing with Customer service LEAVE! It's obvious not for you... Other than that the rest of my experience there was great and very helpful.

Good store. Has almost everything you need. I went to a couple wholesalers before come here to find what I need.Staff are trying to be helpful, although might do a little bit more.
