Surely you could find some staff that had an interest in the AFL the sport and not just that they can figure out how to spell the store name?!Not interested in assisting with my enquiry. More engagement ordering online.

Great store to purchase all your AFL clothing or promotional items which can also be good for gifts.

This is terrible I ordered something online nearly 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything in the mail

very helpful with what I needed well mannered friendly staff left me with a smile on my face walking out the door especially the store manager what a lovely young man 5 stars ⭐️

I went to this store today. Purchased an item and found out 10mins after that the gift had already been purchased by someone else. I went up to the counter and asked to return it and the man replied you are not getting your money back and he said i can give you credit. I was immediately annoyed by how the information was delivered and asked why this wasn’t explained when I purchased the item as I didn’t even know that was still a thing. I said that you should really tell the customer your return policy and the man responded we don’t tell everyone and that there was a sign (turned around the wrong way) stating their refund policy on the counter. I just haven’t experienced such appalling customer service for as long as i can remember and especially in this economic climate, i was very shocked by it.

Disappointing to find it full of WA team merchandise not much for other teams.
