Wouldn't honour a voucher which was out of date, but I had paid money for.Wouldn't do a discount rate which would have made me VERY happy.Staff were nice enough about it, saying they had asked the owner who said no....I understand, but still very disappointed...

Ugh it's so hard to find a hairdresser that treats you like the sassy white man that I am. I often find myself wondering if I have been unknowingly transported to Guantanamo bay to have my hair styled by leather face from chainsaw massacre who recently got a job as interrogation specialist.Quite the opposite is the case here. Upon arriving at Soul Hair Design, you are met with the same level of service that you would expect when 19 century nobility who invited you to tell them about electricity and cures for syphilis made from butter and butter ale.While you wait, you are served with a cup of tea (perfectly made I might say). As to the wait time, you are met in good time and while having your hair cut you don't get bombarded with questions like you would in a Tracy Grimshaw expose on a current affair, interviewing a suspected 'love rat'.They always seem to remember my unfathomably tedious stories, which is good enough for me.Get on this y'all!

I have been searching for someone to cut my difficult fine, curly hair. Elliott is an artist! I am delighted with his expertise and lovely service. I'm grateful to find him and Hayley, your honesty, saying my hair is hard to cut. I appreciate your realness and honesty. She said Elliott will take the time to do it right and that he did. Thank you so much for a great salon experience which having difficult hair, is not something I say too often.

There is a new owner (Hayley) and she is a delight. Loving her experience cutting hair here and in London. She really took the time to understand what my time factor was for hair style and colour, super important as I'm a busy mum. Really nice to finish up and not be rammed with product selling. I'll be back!

If you want the BEST balayage come and see me! I have won qld state finalists for colour trophy and have been published in Marie Claire! Tina dosent need to be published 20years of repeat paitronage speakes for itself she is a talent!

The new owner, Hayley is amazing. She listens to what you want and actually producers it. She is amazing, will be going back.

I have been a customer for 20 years since Tina first opened. I would not go anywhere else. She is such a caring person and attended to me when I lost my hair due to chemotherapy. They didn't charge me for any visits to trim what hair I had left. Tina is THE BEST hairdresser in town!!! Her staff are lovely and are always very polite and caring.
