Unlike kmart, big w got many issues with returns. In my personal opinion, I found the children section most attractive with many different toys & affordable dresses, not so much in the other areas.

I was recently in Big W Geelong and found the service amazing. There were plenty of staff who actually took me to the product I requested and were pleasant helpful and proactive. I was also picking up an online purchase and the girl at the service desk was efficient and friendly.What a lovely shopping experience.Well done all and thankyou

Big Big w in Geelong in Westfield. Lots of products and almost fully stocked. This store has a huge variety of different books.

Best place to shop with workers going above and beyond to always help. Especially the dept for switch games etc. all these guys each time give you so much info and help. I want go anywhere else for any games. Plus, these same guys bust their guts doing the lay-by section with online orders. Give these guys a beer!!

Very clean store. Very happy with my buying experience. I like the they have cash and card self service registers. I also like that it's open at 8am. Pretty happy....the like the lifts is right next door to the store.
