Good variety. Veggie options are good.Spend $50 odd for two burgers , two drinks ( soft) and loaded mac fries to share. Pretty reasonable given the amount of food, similar to comparable burger places.Food was relatively fast.Only complaint would be some more drinks options. May be close the door for winter time. Place is so cold inside. But would definitely come again, maybe with an extra jumper.

Burgers were fresh & tasty, variety of options with good portion size. Didn't like the loaded mac & cheese with fried waffles though, it was a bit bland.

Giving three stars for customer service.The two ladies serving were helpful,clear while giving instructions,kept on apologizing for delays and maintained the place well .Burgers were average ....felt overpriced for the quantity and quality...moreover desserts and shakes are no longer available..

Burgertory has become the regular go when eating with family lately and on this occasion I tried the gluttony burger which gives you the best of both worlds with a chicken AND beef patty. I recommend ordering waffle fries and regular fries to share also, yum! Everything was in perfection and travelled home really well. The price was a bonus too. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Friendly and polite customer service. It was a pleasant experience, and highly recommended.

Well presented but the food was super average. Burgers needed more sauce and the chicken was pretty flavorless, needed to be brined or something before fried. Wasn't a fan of the seasoning on the chips either.

General food was good, but we ordered some Mac and Cheese balls with our burgers over Doordash.Little did we know that they were actually 3 tiny little balls. That would have been fine if they didn't cost almost $9.$9. For 3 tiny balls.It's a completely ridiculous price for what the product is. Either it's a mistake by whoever prepares the order and we should have got more, or Burgertory really need to specify the number of the balls on their ordering platforms. Either way it's an extreme letdown and put a dampener on the rest of the order. Very unimpressed.

Just called and the customer service lady was the friendliest person I've ever come across in customer service. She was very happy to help even though I asked a bunch of silly questions to understand what I was ordering. This wasn't the first occasion too, last time i went in, there was another employee that was exceptionally accommodating. I'd say this is the place to go!

Lovely, friendly staff with a functional, modern interior. Excellent choices on the menu and we found the burgers delicious. The fries were seasoned well and the serving was generous.The only complaint is that they need to be more up front with their pricing. There are no prices on the menus. You have to ask what everything costs. This is very inconvenient. The screens above the counter weren't working, so perhaps this was where the prices were normally advertised.Otherwise, highly recommended.

This place has gone rapidly downhill since opening. Nowhere near the quality of the other Burgertory stores. Smashed Patties were just normal Patties, as a big fan of Oklahoma style smashed burgers, this was hugely disappointing. Fries over cooked. The wrath burger had the bun very poorly cut. Those donut chips are just hard crusty nothings and the chocolate sauce has nothing to it. Also, maybe let people know your bacon is fake. I understand and have no problem with the fact that religious beliefs mean that this is a necessity for this store but it doesn’t change the fact that the product is not as advertised. Also, what’s with the online order system not printing? How can you give a pickup time if you’re not even making the food yet when I arrive at that time? If everyone else can get this right, pull your socks up and fix it.

One of the best burgers in Melbourne. Despite the team being busy and packed for lunch, they made my meal perfectly. Fresh soft bun, hot chicken, crispy and well seasoned chips, all with a friendly smle and service.This is my new local restaurant to eat out for sure.Highly recommended.
