Last night I attended the Tuesday 7pm class hosted by Ourano. I have done yoga on and off for the last 10 years. For me, this class embodied the true essence of Yoga. If you want to stretch, strengthen and heal the mind, body, spirit and soul then I highly recommend Ourano's Yoga Classes.
