Fantastic selection of clothes and shoes but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On multiple occasions their raffles don't seem to work neither do their exclusive releases which require an early morning weekend wake up. After spending hours trying and trying again to purchase these products, the result is that they are somehow sold out" after their website not working for hours. Friends have the same issue and have had Instagram comments deleted. I asked over the phone what the issue was and was told that there was none."

Stay away from this retailer still waiting for an order from the 19th of Nov couldn't fill the order so sent me a refund invoice but didn't refund my money. Worst online experience

Don’t buy any presents from this shop. Bought my son a t-shirt for Xmas early December. Needed to exchange it for a bigger size but refused to as it was outside their 14 day policy even though they were closed several days between Xmas and new year. Appalling customer service will never shop their again.

Super cool store and had lots of great shoes in stock in women’s sizes when I went! The staff are super helpful too. Definitely on the pricey side but that’s expected with designer shoes and brands

Recently bought a gift for a friend here and a Tee and shoes for myself. Unreal selection in-store. The guys in there were really helpful, super chill and didn't feel rushed at all getting me different sizes and helping me. Threw in a free pair of socks too, thanks guys!

Been going to Highs And Lows since back in the days when it was a single store.Always deliver on quality and honesty, they don't beat around the bush if they don't have or can't deliver what I'm after they will politely tell me so and always willing to help me by directing me somewhere else.Just picked up online 2 pair of shoes from them. Fantastic service online as well got here in 2 days as described and they threw in a couple of lil freebies like stickers and a lovely high quality pair of HAL sport socks.Can't complain and compete with that kind of service and and quality.

I ordered some Boston Birkenstocks online and was not aware their sizing was in men’s. I tried to figure out the sizing conversion as Birkenstocks are sold in European sizing. There was no size chart on their site. My shoes arrived and as soon as I opened them I saw they were the incorrect size. I called the store to see if I could get a refund and they said they only offer exchanges. However they don’t have my size in stock and didn’t know when they could get them in stock. Terrible customer service. I can’t believe they don’t offer refunds for brand new unworn items. Now I’m stuck with massive shoes I can’t wear. I’m never purchasing from them again.
