Glo Car Wash Spingwood

I had my car cleaned this morning and paid $60 for the delux clean. Upon pick up I noticed straight away the windows were not clean, they had marks and fingerprints all over them. Same with the mirrors. It looked like these surfaces had not been cleaned at all. My window shield looked similar. I pointed this situation to the attention of the staff but little had been done to fix this. They spoke to each other in another language as if to trying to find out who was at fault. Noone said anything to me or spoke to me. When I asked to see the boss I was told they were not there today. I was very disappointed with the service I received from this company today and won't be back.

This place used to be very good and professional couple of years back, but since the Male owner left the ladies have made this an unprofessional business and you don't get any good value for your money. Your car is not properly and professionally cleaned. They will ask you one price for cleaning and then later will ask more for doing an extra thing like polishing. I would not recommend this business to others.

Terrible. I paid $70 to have my car washed and inside supposedly cleaned. Outside was ok, but inside not cleaned properly at all! I doubt surfaces were even wiped over, all dust still there, didn't put arm rest in back seat down and vacuum. Very disappointed!. My 9 year old does a better job for way less money. As a busy working Mum of 2, so much for treating myself ☹

Had a basic clean done. Boot footprint marks on car floor mats. Difficult to remove. Not impressed. Price was okay but won't return. Pity because it is convenient. Possibly a disgruntled staff member.Have been previously and it was okay.

Had a car that was absolutely slathered in vomit, all over the seats and floor. Was so bad, I thought I'd be lucky to find someone willing to take money to clean it. Brought it to James, got a fair price and in 2 hours it was looking like new. Very, very pleased.

I did not get my car washed. Review in service alone. I asked for an exterior wash only for a regular sized SUV of normal to light cleanliness. I was then asked if I wanted the interior which I declined. The guy looked at the Audi badge and said $40. Website is $30, tried to bump it up for no reason so I left.

Highly recommend to anyone who needs a detail - Got my car back and literally looked Brand New! Good prices and well and truly worth it. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Thanks James and your staff for your great service!

I took my 4x4 to Glo to get a deluxe wash and hand polish. When I got home I noticed that the neither the rear window nor the tub had been touched, and there was still dirt on parts of the body that even a wet cloth could wipe clean. A few grease stains were the reason I added the extra hand polish yet apparently all the hand polish includes is a once over with a shammy for $40. I went back to discuss the poor job and ended up leaving in disgust 10 minutes later with no resolution due to a combination of language barrier difficulties and the manager having an inability to understand why I wasn't satisfied with a wash that my 12 year old neighbour could do for $20.
