I can't speak highly enough of this company and their products. Their customer service team returned several emails regarding enquiries within the hour on several occasions. I ordered my products on a Friday and received them on Wednesday. I highly suggest ignoring the negative reviews, I'm about to order more products now I have confidence in this company.

I'd love to review the actual gear... but it's now been 3.5 weeks since I placed my order online and after receiving an order confirmation email the same day... I have received nothing since.NOTHING in 25 days.The confirmation email helpfully says We expect all orders to be dispatched between 2-7 working days"So 10 (8 working) days later I emailed to make sure my order was ok... still received nothing in return.So I'd love to be able to tell you how great the rashie is and the watersports helmet... but honestly... with the amount of advertising they're doing at the moment

Product is fabulous; however on the online dispatch service needs a overhaul. Service in store excellent; product amazing. So happy but your on line is letting you down awaiting over 6 weeks for orders and exchange when its Sydney order from Newcastle shouldn't be that hard. When i can get product from overseas in a week.

I wish I could write a review about the products as I have been told wonders about this brand. I also wish I had read the reviews about online orders customer experience before I placed my order. So here are the facts:Order# 53265 Originally placed online on 5th July 2022. Shipping address in Sydney (approximately 2hrs drive from Sharkskin office, for reference)After numerous calls to follow up on the order and expected delivery after 1 month of the order being placed, order was partially shipped and delivered on 15th August!Outcome: 1 item missing, 2 items didn’t fit (I believe size charts are incorrect as I measured as per suggestions and still sizes run way too small). I will let this pass as it’s the first time I order from them.I returned the two items for an exchange of size on August 16th (via express post). Items were delivered to Sharkskin on August 18th August.It is now the end of August and I still haven’t received my new items with the correct sizes. Sharkskin keeps saying my return parcel hasn’t been received (this is incorrect as I got a tracking number and the post office has advised parcel was delivered).All the ladies are customer service are nice, but the service is extremely poor. Numerous calls to follow up, no one has at the point contacted me to follow up (am the one who keeps calling and my calls are never returned).I am all for supporting local, but when the customer service is unreliable, it’s hard to give a good review. I could have appreciated more transparency in their expectations about shipping online orders.Happy to give a product review once I receive them!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never buy from this company again. Told shorts wouldn’t arrive for 4 plus weeks, when I asked for refund they magically had some. Turned up too small sent back for exchange of size and so far I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for new size. All contact has been by me with an excuse every time saying they are arriving in the country next week and yet they still haven’t arrived. I guess that’s $90 I will never see again.

Just received my Sharkskin chillproof gear. Thought I'd give it a try after seeing Sebu racing team using their products. The quality is even better than I expected and these are Australian made. If you're feeling the cold when you ride your ski, surf or doing any watersports then check these guys out. I couldn't be happier

I placed a sharkskin order at the end of April, it is now the end of July and I still do not have my order. I called sharkskin about three weeks ago to get another update since they were not keeping me in the loop, and I told them I am moving and gave them a new address that it needs to be sent to. They confirmed that it would be sent to the new address I provided them, however, I still have not received my package and found out today that they sent it to the old address 1500 kilometers away. So frustrating. I will never order from Sharkskin again. They might make good products but they have incompetent workers who can’t manage to update customers on order delays and order progress or even update a shipping address correctly.

I had ordered a Sharkskin product through another store and had a month wait due to production delays from the Sharkskin factory. I cancelled my original order through the third party supplier and went directly to Sharkskin who provided me information on production times and problem solved getting the item to me on time (at one point they were looking at adjusting a hooded item to suit my needs).I was then offered an upgraded item they had in stock, received express postage and had the item the next week. Amazing customer service and product quality, I couldn’t be happier.

Yes I read negative reviews about deliveries but this product works and the demand must be huge - I understand why Sharkskin must be struggling to keep up. Buy it, try it, you will not regret it!

Brilliant rashies & made in Australia!!I have just bought 3x Sharkskin Rapid Dry rashes and the quality and fit is great. Not tight at all (especially around the middle which I was looking for) and a really comfortable, looser style fit and is very flattering. I love that is doesn't cling around my waist and it is definitely the most flattering rash I have ever had. And the fabric is really comfortable. I wore every day during our last beach holiday, and definitely more comfortable than other rashes I’ve owned. Also I needed in a hurry (for school holidays) and help with the sizing so I rang directly and ordered over the phone which made such a difference and the two ladies I spoke to couldn't have been nicer or more helpful & patient. I don't do many reviews but I wanted to just share about my experience in dealing with Sharkskin because it is made in Australian and also great product, and if you are in the market for a rash, I highly recommend. :) PS I bought all Unisex adult sizes
