Rhys, Dianne and the girls are great. I go in every 3 weeks or so to fill prescriptions for my elderly parents. My elderly parents have a lot of differing medications and most times I am filling upwards of 10 to 15 different prescriptions. The staff are all patient and very thorough particularly that my order is quite sizeable as I also purchase non prescription medication as well. I walk out with 2 to 3 bags of medicines at a time. The advice and guidance they offer is great and very reassuring. I feel confident everytime I have to fulfill prescriptions knowing I have very experienced and helpful people supporting myself and my parents. It is a pleasure dealing with this establishment and everyone associated with them. I have no hesitation recommending them and I look forward to a long relationship together. This is my one stop shop and only shop for all my medicinal etc needs. Keep up the awesome job that you all do and do so well.

Considering there are so many chemists near by within walking distance, I can’t understand why scripts cost so much here. First and last visit, much nicer and reasonably priced chemists nearby.

Great, friendly and experienced staff. Even their student pharmacist knew where the Loceryl was stored. I highly recommend Chester and Jake's who go the extra mile for their customers.

Rude staff. The girl in the glasses on the prescription counter clearly ignored me and let me wait for no reason. She was going here and there and avoiding eye contact.But the counter lady is very good. Never ever i will go to this pharmacy. These young girls need to learn some etiquettes and customer service skills . You lost not onw but many customers because i will never recommend this pharmacy to my family and friends.

The care and support that was given to me while I was caring for my parents was beyond excellent. The pharmacists Diane and Rhys were always happy to assist me with all the changing medical needs of my parents and nothing was too much trouble. This chemist and its staff genuinely wanted to help and cared about myself and my parents needs. Nothing but the best. Thanks so much

Friendly, knowledgeable staff great service and a very pleasant place to visit - especially when you’re sick. Good advice. I love the way Dianne serves me and makes me laugh. Rhys always seems to know when I need a smile.

All the staff were great and friendly. I always get my prescriptions here for many years now and never had any issues. If the one that I need is not available, they let me know as soon as it comes in and hold it for me until I pick it up. Great service.
