Excellent service and really lovely team.I use my bike everyday to commute and it was in need of an over-all service to make sure it remained in good condition. After a consultation they asserted what needed to be done, and thoughtfully offered advice. Even noticed that the basket installed on my bike belonged on the front, not the back! They were quick, and I hardly had any time without my bike, picking it back up the next day.My gears have always been a bit funny, and I had a bit of an issue with them still, so I brought it back and was so grateful for how accommodating they were to quickly fix them. My bike rides like new and I am so glad to have found such a reliable bike shop in the area. Highly recommended, thanks team!

As a cycling coach from Melbourne stuck behind a closed border I needed to find a local mechanic for some issues with my bike that I couldn't fix. I was lucky enough to walk past Chris's workshop in Waverley. I stopped in for a chat to see if he could help me out and felt confident he really knew his stuff. I booked my bike in and on pick up I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, attention to detail, excellent communication and friendliness. I highly recommend Velo Tech Centre to anyone who is serious about their bike, values good workmanship and a friendly good communicator.

Honestly feels like I'm riding a new bike. Chris did a full service on the bike, replacement gear cables, fixed a dodgy disc brake service I had affter a service at another bike shop, trued wheels, new chain and a clean bottom bracket. Feels very nice to ride.

Chris is a great mechanic and a very knowledgable guy. I've been to many mechanics around Sydney and Chris is one of the very best. Great customer service and very competitive rates. Every time I've had work done my bike runs super quiet and there have never been any follow up issues.

Best bike mechanic in the East! Have been to Chris since he was in Randwick, and now a much bigger place in Bronte. Knows your bike inside out. Service/ sales/ repair, Chris is your guy. Super helpful and competitive.

Awesome Shop! I lost my confidence in Local bike shops year's ago through pushy and poor sales, assuming they always know more, pushing product based on affiliation or value to them instead of unbiased view.Chris (I think?) and his colleague (apologies, I didn't catch his name) are amazing, I walked in with a fairly simple BB removal and the guys were super knowledgeable but without assuming me an idiot. Did the work within the day and just a nice set of guys to chat to.VeloTech have restored my faith in bike shops, honest guys looking to work on an awesome passion!Chapeau!!

Took my bike in for a service and it came back riding better than when I first got it. The turnaround time was fast and the price was super reasonable too.To top it off, Chris is also a great bloke who’s also happy to share tips and advice to keep your bike running in tip top condition

Chris / Velotech is the best Bike shop in the Eastern Suburbs. I wish I was being I've dramatic, but after years and hundreds of dollars at bike shops far and wide in Sydney, im stoked to have the best so close to Home.Chris communicates clearly and outlays all costs upfront, all whilst offering a range of options and advice professionally without judgement. He not only offers great value, but I've had 3 visits, and left each time with a bike that runs better than brand new..Cannot recommend highly enough..
