I had a Pure Indulgence Medi Facial with Emily, just amazing! Emily sat with me at the start to explain everything that would happen as part of the facial so that I felt comfortable and wouldn't feel alarmed by anything, I found that incredibly professional. She was so lovely and the treatment was absolutely divine, highly recommend. When it comes to the products, Michael is so helpful and incredibly knowlegable, he has helped my partner on multiple occasions with his skin care needs, he'll never go anywhere else now for skin care. Top quality products and the best customer service.

I had the most amazing experience today and Jade cosmetic clinic.I walked out feeling like a new women and didn’t even have a treatment done!!!I had the most informative consult with Lisa, and I left feeling empowered about skin journey. Following my consult with Lisa, she introduced me to Michael down in the Skin clinic/ skin gym. Michael further more shared an abundance of knowledge and support with showcasing and recommendations of product.Again, I left feeling empowered and confident with my Bag of goodies. I truly feel like of been welcomed into a family and I’m so excited to start my skin journey.Thank you Lisa and Michael xx

Emily is super lovely, bubbly, smart, skillful and experienced very good at her job her attitude and personality adds to the the extremely relaxing and healing treatment your having, which by the way has quick, fast and effective.Place is super awesome aesthetically beautiful, smells like a luxurious hotel their perfumes and products is the best in the business including the people.Michael was very warm and welcoming and kind, very informative and very friendly.Couldn’t recommend this place enough, felt like home but in a luxurious way, best there is! rating says it all.

Best decision I’ve ever made coming here. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the loveliest receptionist (with by the way the NICEST skin - which I later found out was due to the skin products they sell! Shut up and take my money!!) the environment is so relaxing, it smells amazing and I was offered the most delicious tea. And this is all before meeting the amazing Lisa! She is literally the best. She actually CARES. She listens to your needs and communicates with you about how to go about it. She made me feel like I was in super safe PRO hands. Which was a big deal for me coming from some not so great past experiences with injections. It’s now been 4 days since my appointment and I can confirm she knows what she’s talking about/doing ladies! Xx
