Fabulous pedicure with all the trimmings! Comfy massage chair, foot spa and the lady did a wonderful foot scrub, clean and nail maintenance before a very professional manicure (regular polish). Didn’t feel rushed and was very happy with the experience for $30. Will be back

went to get a nails done there bc last time I went there the lady was amazing ! Got a different lady this time it’s said at the front sns is 45$ got charge 65$ for a French tip the two colour was mixing very messy looking. didn’t clean my nails properly walked out with very messy nails. overpriced very disappointing. Would not be coming back

Went to the salon to get my eyelash extensions done, wish I read the reviews first! The lashes were glued to my eyelids, the owner and workers have no qualification to do eyelash extensions (found this out after they got done) and swore at me when I refused to pay her $110 for damaging my lashes and causing me pain. Recorded the whole conversation, will never return or recommend this horrible salon to anyone!! Very unprofessional, I recorded how dirty the room was where she did my lashes, and the built up dust on the fan she used to blow dry my lashes, disgusting!!

Do not get a lash lift here. They put me in the staff kitchen to do it. After applying the perm solution they left the room and ignored me for a solid 20 minutes while I was calling for help because the solution was burning my eyeballs. When they finally came back to me they took their time rinsing the solution and offered no apology while I cried in pain. I still had to pay full price and left with red swollen eyes. This has never happened to me at any other salon.

I will never go to CNT nails again l went yesterday afternoon to get my eyebrows waxed the whole time the lady was too busy talking and not paying attention to what she was doing. She took half my eyebrow off and when she noticed she called to get other people who tried to fix my eyebrow! They apologised and gave me $50 but to be honest that’s not good enough at all! I don’t even know if my eyebrow will grow back I feel so embarrassed and shamed on the poor Quality that l have received.I will make sure to spread the word.

I asked for a infill, and showed a picture of what nails I wanted from the internet and they said they can do it for $55 which I very expensive! So I sat down and the lady started to do my nails and from the VERY start she was doing them completely wrong! And she finished and it was like I showed her a completely different photo smh, and she cut and filed off my skin which hurt. Not good and will not be going again. Do not recommend unless guy are asked for one very simple colour with no design

AWFUL! Do yourself a favour and walk pass this place! Had to give star rating as it was only way to write this review.I wouldn’t even consider what I got was a pedicure.... didn’t even buff nails nor shape or even got rid of any dead skin. Only got 1 coat of colour and could see through to my bumpy nail bed as she didn’t buff! Got cut around two toes and bled!!! Woman didn’t even acknowledge or apologise!!!! I had to point out I was bleeding before she would do anything. Made it out like I was inconveniencing her. She was too interested in looking at herself in the mirror and strutting around in her cut off shorts and heels.I had to ask a different lady to put another coat of colour on. There was shaved dead skin all over the floor from the lady sitting beside me which was not cleaned up. What disgusting experience!I reiterate - stay away from this place!!!!!

Asked for the shellac to be removed from my nails… nothing more, but they buffed my nails at such a high level that they left them damaged and nearly took them down to the nail bed because they didn’t want to spend the time on it… took months for them to grow back out to normal.

I have been to a lot of well rated nail salons in Canberra, but always end up coming back here. I have never left here unhappy. They are not rough or in a rush to get you out. Beautiful every time

the worst place i've ever gone to, horrible service, didn't focus on the customer and extremely bad hygiene. my nails ae horrible and when she buffed them, she almost ripped my nail off from the side. extremely rough and very rude. they have children running around and there was barely any space so it was always crowded with their kids. my nails are in so much pain!!
