Beautiful property and facilities and the staff are amazing...horses happy. Great covered sand arena (full competition size), round and square yards too.

I just wanna say if it were not for the owners of this farm I'm not sure where we would be. But by far the best facilities I have come across.Here at Roylance we have awesome couple running it and great agistees on farm. And so welcoming thank you for being an awesome facility and great people to be around. Totally reliable and helpful. Best place on earth.
