I was lucky enough to be gifted a reflexology session with Catherine and arrived having no idea what to expect. I thought it might be a body massage, so I was a little surprised to find out it was all about the feet. This was a totally blissful hour. I felt so utterly relaxed and calm by the end of our session (I certainly didn't arrive that way). Catherine is a delightful practitioner and I can't wait to go back!
