Australia Post - Sandown Village LPO
It's a regular post office however if you go around 4.30 as I did you will have trouble doing anything except going in a straight line to the counter. There is outgoing mail piled up everywhere waiting to be collected and you can't access the shop aspects of the Post Office. I visit a lot of Post Offices and have never experienced anything like it. On a better note- the customer service is great.

I Can’t understand any negative reviews regarding this post office, i am 53 and have lived in Mulgrave my whole life, I have been going there for as long as I can remember and the owners / staff have always been super friendly, extremely efficient and with great people and business skills. A+ always from an always satisfied customer that uses this post office daily. It’s a small post office doing a great job, staff are super knowledgeable in all areas.*Any Negative reviews I think would come from impatient or rude people that would complain about anything in life.

This has to be the worst post office in Victoria, maybe even Australia. There is no friendly greeting and the operators cannot even put a smile on their faces. They cannot provide the services they are supposed to provide when the customers want and when the customer is told to return after a certain time they still cannot provide the service and make the customer wait more than 15 minutes for service. A despicable post office. It doesn't even deserve 1⭐, more like -1⭐

Came by the shop to get my parcel collect, and the girl at the cashier has no clue what I was talking about. I tried to explain what it is, but she became rude. I would not recommend this franchisee.Very poor customer service.

I am an Asian and Chinese, But I have to say that Asian guy was super rude to me, treat me like I don't speak English, very rude whilst the young white lady was super nice, at least she was smiling she is very impressive. Try to avoid that Asian rude guy is the advice from this Asian customer.

If only there was a 0 star optionTried to call to see if I could lodge my passport application and when trying to ask this question I was rudely cut off and told they close at 1pm which I already knew so I tried to continue asking and the man on the other end said “can’t talk now” so I hung up as I didn’t feel this absolute disrespect of a customer was necessary!Whoever hired this man might want to check again if he was the right choice because clearly he was NOT! Absolutely disgusted and will never be going there and giving them any business!

Absolutely disgusting, rude customer service on a level I've never experienced before. I called to inquire about a parcel and was offered some impatient, unintelligible words, then was hung up on mid sentence. I called back four or five minutes later and was snapped at angrily, can't talk now
