Creative Garden Early Learning Pakenham

Would not recommend this centre to anyone! Staff are arrogant and rude. There is no communication at all within the centre. They had put my daughters clothes on other children, They gave my daughter un sanitised bottles, the staff do not talk to you or greet you when you’re picking up or dropping off your child, there are dishes and dirty cutlery in the parents room my daughter has had nappy rash from day care almost every week she comes home. They refused to acknowledge me when I asked for them not to use a certain nappy, the staff continued to give her bottles after I had asked them not to. They don’t notify of any sickness, nor send sick children home. my daughter ended up in hospital 3 times in 7 months from this centre along with HFM 3 times and other issues. I’m aware children get sick that’s fine but this was an extreme amount of times. when I asked staff about their sanitisation routine I wasn’t given a proper answer besides “we sanitise things” I raised issues with reception staff along with the room staff and no action was taken. I am extremely upset with the level of care my child had received at this centre.

My daughter has thrived since she stepped in the door. All staff members have made it a point to make you and all other family members feel welcome. They always keep you updated on your child's progress throughout the day via Xplor app and ensure they post lots of photos so you can feel close to your child every day.

My daughter has been attending the center for 2.5 years.She started in the toddler 1 room and is now in the Kinder room..The amount she has grown emotionally and socially over this time is amazing.The educators have a wonderful program that not only focuses on her interests but also her strengths, needs and capabilities.My daughter was diagnosed with ADHD and learning delay recently and the staff were very supportive to my daughter and my family.They work with her pediatrician to provide activities and experiences that will help her to participate with the other children while remaining focused.I couldn't be any happier with the support and learning that Creative Gardens has provided us.

Creative Garden Early Leaning Pakenham is one of the best safeguarding services for all children, friendly staff well knowledge educators who take their time 1:1 with your child to ensure your child’s get the best understanding and to receive excellent education outcome. The centre is very convenience located nearby public transport and shops I highly recommend Creative Garden Early Leaning Pakenham for any parents wanting the best education outcome for their child.

My boy loves his “school”. He has never cried (except for his first 2 days) to go there, has learnt a lot for the past 2 years and loves his “teachers”. Educators are friendly, great setup of activities and always something to WOW us. Working in a child care industry myself, I prefer taking my own child to this child care instead of mine. Love it!

My son has been attending this centre since he was only 10 months old and we absolutely love it. I have never had any issues regarding his education and care and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Garima and Nusrath both are very attentive to each child's well-being and all the questions we had in the past have been kindly answered. I would recommend this place to everyone for their children!

Another centre of unprofessional and non helping staff ( except indian staff ), always looking to send your child back to home while making stupid issues, insufficient staff , children's crying all the time here and no one is picking up them.They won't see their rules and regulations and so called policy when children are crying alone on the floor but the old lady sitting on reception know exactly how to send your children back home from reception making non genuine issues and if you try to explain them they will ask you to not to yell them.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Honestly do not looks like they are interested to take care of your children as per required but moreover just a another business making money from children's business.Highly not recommended.....

Our son has been attending for 2 years now. We are very happy with the friendliness of the stuff and there loving nature to all the kids.We are excited with the kindynow app that sends us daily updates of what has been happening in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of enrolling my child in Creative Garden Childcare, and I cannot express how delighted I am with the experience. They are not only highly trained professionals but also incredibly warm, caring, and dedicated individuals. It's clear that they have a genuine passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment. They engage with each child on a personal level, taking the time to understand their unique needs and interests. I have complete peace of mind knowing that my child is in such capable and loving hands.

Great learning environment. My boy loves it and loves the educators. The app is fantastic. I can see what he had eaten, how long he has slept for and what activities he has done during the day. Would highly recommend!
