Electricity cut out in the morning, checked to see if it was a local issue. my neighbours didn’t seem to have a problem. Called these guys and Brian came out in a flash. One of my wall sockets short circuited, and he fixed it. He was professional friendly and the price was decent for a last minute call.Would recommend Brian to family and friends most definately !

Incorrect Advice – UnethicalCalled them to replace 3 blown fluorescent tubes in garage and laundry. Asked electrician if there were simple direct LED replacement tubes. He said each fitting would need to be re-wired and their policy was to replace the three fixtures at about $900. I said OK but I would be checking that what he said was correct. Paid $300 deposit. I called the electrician’s mobile and the company’s land line 30 minutes later and cancelled the order. Internet search showed Bunnings sells Direct LED Replacement Tubes (with new starters) for $11 each. The company refuses to reimburse $300 deposit. Scoundrels!

Tenants lost power at 9pm…called Bryan brothers Sam was there by 10:00 and sorted it that night! Highly recommend as live in Melbourne quick,professional and fuss free.

They charge $200 for a call out fee which is fair enough but these guys took 2 hours to arrive and only did less than 30 mins of playing around with the switches. Nothing got replaced but they still charge us $935 for that 30 mins work". A total rip off. Never use them again. 1 star is very generous for them."

Thieves dont go near them dishonestWhy i said thieves Hassan on of the electrician came gave me a quote of $4500 to upgrade my metre box seem to be decent guy I said how much deposit said $500 the spirit of the moment and in good faith EFT the deposit after discussing with family members it was advised to get different quote the next day in the morning I called Brian electrical service asked Suzanne to put the Job a hold and that I need get quote which I did the third I rang Suzanne told her I had a better offer somewhere else if I could have my refund of my deposit less the call out fees she said I will call back after discuss it with boss I rang few times the last thing they offerd $250 they said they spent $250 buying parts i replied i am happy to forfeit Not $33 but a $100 for the call out feeIts been over a week no phone call or any kind of communicationThe only thing left for me i put up this reviewToday the 20th of September i got a call from OZ Power electrical services telling the spent time on the project and getting thing done so in a nut shell as I understand it justifying the $500 as far I am concerned they can have the $ 500But I won't use them againSo that why I said thieves

Great company and great customer service. Came out same day and installed the light fixture on the dining room we’d bought. Looks great. Have had no problem.

great people. the customer service was awesome from the initial booking to the price they offered all the way down to the completion of the job. My family and i have had no problems with the new switchboard. they even offered a long warranty.

I needed phone wiring n cable done a friend recommended me to Brian brothers. Very responsive customer service. There quote was cheaper then a few places I called. Best decision. There work was amazing, they cleaned after there mess.
