Fantastic service! Paul is clearly passionate about pools and very knowledgeable in the subject of their maintenance and upkeep. Completely unrushed service, Paul took his time to take me and my partner through the workings of our pool, so that we clearly understood how to keep our pool (and pool water) healthy and fun to swim in. In store service was a breeze with expert water testing provided for free with a comprehensive report provided. Again, Noise took her time to explain the test results to me, and recommended the necessary treatments to optimise water condition. I would recommend anyone with pool needs to and check out Swimart Belconnen because of the fantastic service they provide.

The service is always excellent, they are very helpful. This level of service takes time though so you can wait a while to get served.

Super disappointing... call and call no response, then we will come tomorrow at 5, nothing.. call again no response. Super expensive and dreadful service; Noi is most of the problem with this business. Got a quote for salt water and after months of ringing after I'd already paid on the day they came out to install the unit they rang to say they didn't have it and would I like another one. After 2 months that's now broken no one at Swimart seems to care or return my calls. So I stuff it I'll just get someone else to sort it out. Probably 1/2 the price and 5x better service. I've persisted and had dramas with these guys for years, save yourself a massive headache and try someone else

For the ordinary pool service in Giralang, Swimart Belconnen sent me an invoice of $249. The pool needed to be cleaned and serviced because their highly recommended and the most expensive pool cleaner machine with 5 years warrantee didn’t work at all. The service day was booked but no one turned up on the day, I was given an excuse that they didn’t have anyone at that time. The next will be a week after. Finally when a person was sent the next week, he did a very ordinary job. Since the service should be free under warantee under my impression but I was shocked when I got the bill.Although I am a new pool owner, I had my pool service done few times and I knew how it works and how much I should pay. Upon inquiry I was threatened to pay the bill or will be sent to debt recovery. Horrible customer service.My wife made me pay the bill because she I didn’t want any conflict but he certainly lost a customer and his recommendations. There are many other shops that provide service with excellent customer service.

My first impression was: since the service was free because of their product failure I shouldn’t expect more but shocked when I got the bill.Although I am a new pool owner, I had my pool service done few times and I knew how it works and how much the bill should be. I always paid less than $100 for servicing our pool. Upon enquiry why the bill is so high I was threatened by the owner that if the invoice of $249 was not paid it would be taken to debt collector.My wife made me pay the bill because she didn’t want any conflict for that amount but I am satisfied that the Swimmart Belconnen has lost a genuine and potential regular customer like us.I'll never recommend anyone to this store!!

I needed a new light for our pool, I did not want to disturb existing fittings. Swimart found the exact same thing for me within days. The service was great.
