Taigum Kids Early Learning Centre 1

My daughter finished at Taigum kids yesterday, after being there for 4 years, as she starts school next year. She absolutely loved going to Kindy everyday & playing with all her friends & the educators are so lovely. She loved bringing home all the craft activities they worked on throughout the year. I also love being able to see photo's of my children during the day, so i know what they are doing & how much fun they are having. I love this center for my children & I have tried a few. My oldest son completed his 4 years at this childcare as well & my 3 year old is still currently going to this center as well. The current director is lovely, she has all the time in the world for you & so easy to talk to with any issues. I would defiantly go check it out & they are just upgrading all the rooms now, so they are all looking beautiful

Our son spent over two years at Taigum kids early learning centre.Finishing in Kindergarten class of 2021In our sons time there we witnessed him and his class mates thoroughly enjoying their days of playtime and learning though a wide range educational activities.I highly recommend Taigum Kids early learning centre.

My daughter has been attending Taigum Kids Centre 1 since before she turned 1! The staff are really friendly respectful & understanding if & when something is wrong & won't hesitate to help in anyway they can.My daughter has a blast every single day she attends with different activities they do with the children. Taigum Kids have helped my daughter of overcoming some of her fears of animals as they have a farm that they visit she used to be scared of holding lizards but now she absolutely loves it and talks about it all the time so thank you to Miss Shannon & her fabulous staff to helping my daughter to overcome some of her fears ❤️All in all 5 Star rating from myself & my daughter.

We have been with Taigum Kids for almost 2 years. We moved away from the suburb but kept our children at the centre because we liked it that much. The extra travel is worth it as the centre has the outdoor space and activities our boys require.

From the moment we arrived in the morning, the Center was calm and inviting. The educators were amazing at making our girls feel comfortable. They had the best day and can’t wait to go back.

Pulled my son out of the daycare, amongst other things there was a fairly long video posted of my son getting hit and kicked by another child while no-one did anything about it. I called and spoke to the centre manager Shannon who said she would check the video and speak to the educators. When she called me back she apologised for the video being posted and had spoken with the ladies about vetting their videos better in the future...not the point. Shannon was nonchalant and was more concerned with picking up her own child that speaking to me. I rang head office to complain and spoke to the manager Taylor, she agreed things hadn't been handled properly and asked if she could call me back the following week as it was Friday. I'm still waiting for a call two weeks later. My son also came home one day in a pair of leggings that weren't his, I got handed three bags of clothes that he had gone through as he had had diarrhoea..no-one called me to let me know he was sick. You ask if your child has slept well or eaten much and are met with blank faces (nothing uploaded to the app). Long and short in my opinion is that there are far too many children to staff, young ones are mixed with the older kids and the ladies there (who are lovely) are spread too thin. Excellent facilities but centre management is seriously lacking. I suggest finding a smaller place with a good feeling, kids don't care about the bells and whistles and you'll feel more confident knowing your child is being properly looked after.

This centre feels like home from the moment you walk in and the farm animals is a bonus!
