Nexa Homes is a company I would suggest to everyone. We built our home at Gables, and we really love our home. There were no glitches throughout the entire construction process and was quick & straightforward. If I had any questions, both the site manager and the building coordinator were wonderful at replying in a timely manner. Nexa Homes is highly recommended.

I am currently building with Nexa Homes and I would like to commend them for their speed of construction, flexibility in creating a custom house plan and their competitive pricing. It's been 6 weeks since they started constructing. Bricks are already up, roofs are on the way, electricals will be done the following week. I went with them for the custom design option and for speed and so far, I'm satisfied with both. Their pricing is also competitive. I'll share the photo which was taken 6 weeks since the construction started.

Writing on behalf of my sister as we watched their turmoil with this builder over the last few years. Extremely poor service received from this builder, we understand the difficulties the construction industry underwent during the pandemic however the disappointment continued well beyond this period. Severe delays towards the end of the build and periods absolutely no communication left us stressed and concerned we would ever be able to move on from this build. Do not recommend

I am building my dream home with Nexa Homes. One of my friends referred me to Nexa Homes. Initially i did lot of design changes with no extra cost. Now I am doing multiple electrical drawing changes and my manager is so cooperative. Construction started first week of February, so far roof tiles have been laid. So fast. I have to mention about NexaHomes andriod app. It will help you to understand what stage we are in and when this stage is expected to complete. You can track everything including you council approved drawing, construction certificate etc. I have never heard about any such app with any other builder. So far very good experience.

We are building another house with Nexa Homes. The first property was at Box Hill and the experience was so great that we knew that our next house had to be built by them. Our current home has just completed the frame which was cut and assembled onsite, the old school way, which means better quality and control. The communication on what’s happening next helps to make the process seamless and keeps us informed in what is a very exciting journey. Having already built once we are confident that Nexa Homes will deliver another outstanding property. To the Nexa team we cannot recommend you more highly.

If you are looking for quality construction within reasonable budget then Nexa Homes is the builder you can trust. Mike (the sales person) went above and beyond during this whole journey. He was always available to support from contract signing till post home delivery to hear us, consider our feedback and resolve any queries we had. Thank you Mike. Keep it up bro.
