Service from staff was ok but had minimal empathy. Had a fault with a screen I had replaced November 19th, 94 days later the touch screen would not work. As I was away I couldn’t get back until day 100 and then forced to pay full price (less a whole $5). Very disappointing having to pay for two screens when there’s clearly an issue with your product quality for iPhone replacement screens…would not recommend due to this :(

Went here a couple months ago to get my screen replaced I started having issues so I took it to a different repair company where they show me these guy had failed to seal the screen properly. I don’t like giving a bad review but this one was particularly annoying because I did pay for the better screen and screen protector which cost me $220 from memory.

Had the screen fixed on my Iphone 11 that was so bad it was almost unusable. They fixed it for me in 20 minutes (or less but I wasn't back to see) and for only $129. When I handed them my phone they identified that the screen had been replaced previously and with a generic screen and asked if i was fine with the same option again or if I wanted the better one at an additional cost. I appreciated them asking me and admired the professionalism to see that it had been replaced before. Thanks for the awesome service! I’ll be back again when I ruin this scree (but hopefully not for a little while!!)

Took my new phone there to get a new screen protector put on. Attendant was super helpful and took the utmost care - she noticed there was a very minor fault with her first attempt and started again to get a perfect result. I absolutely appreciate that she didn't try to rush the process just to get me out of there faster.

My phone needed a new charger port and it had to be ordered from another state which added time for the repair, which could not be helped. I'm pleased with the customer service and repair. I would recommend bringing your devices here when needing repairs. The workmanship is excellent.******************************I had to have my phone repaired again as the charging port was broken which was my fault. Aaron did an excellent job and it took only a few days for the part to arrive. I will never go anywhere else. Aaron is a very knowledgeable person who is friendly and kind. You will not be dissapointed coming here.
