Staff did a solid and stayed back 10min after closing for us, saved us a 2hr round trip!! Great customer service!

The professionalism of Josh and Jake at Autobarn Kawana Waters is top notch. They installed a Alpine Halo 9 head unit in my Jeep JKU. They took the time to ensure I knew the functions and features of the system. Furthermore, they fine tuned a couple of issues post install, with no complaint. I would recommend them to anyone requiring a car stereo installation. Thank you to the Crew at Autobarn Kawana Waters. I am definitely a repeat customer!

The manager was nice. The installer was very rude. I asked how long he’d be and he abruptly said ‘ she is booked for two hours’ without making eye contact. The shop assistant looked embarrassed and said he’d let me know if he finishes early. He finished after an hour. Messaged me that it was complete. When I got there it wasn’t working as he said the camera (brand new) wouldn’t work. He said he doesn’t have time to fix it till the afternoon. He could have rung and told me and fitted it in during the two hours allocated to me. The guy said u can come another day.. I said no, I said today was the only day I could do it.We have three kids and no way of transporting them (car seats etc) other than the car being used. We didn’t get our car back till 2:30. 5 hours we waited all up.Won’t go there again!!

Been here twice. First time I visited, was chasing some pinch weld. The Fella who served us had to ask a question from one of his colleagues and proceeed to get in an argument with him. He then came back to us all fired up saying he almost punched his colleague out. That was a few months ago.Went back today, house music was blaring over the speakers in store. Don't mind house music at all but this was excessive and overbearing. Fella who served us was clueless about the product we were chasing and just all round pretty unhelpful. Decided to go supercheap instead to get what we need.Figure someone must own this business and rely on the income it generates so figured worth leaving a review to let them know they need to train their staff in customer service coz its pretty lacking here.

Have used their installation service and found it to be great (and comparable to market pricing). Decent range of car accessories in store. Look out for their specials/catalogue if you want save some coin."

Spent $550 with this store, went to return a small part from this purchase and spend a few extra dollars. Because the part wasn't on the receipt I was accused of stealing and threatened with security reviews and generally made to feel like a criminal. Ethan demanded I leave the part behind even though Jackson confirmed I had walked into the store with the part. How incredibly rude and for the sake of a small part that I believe was included in the sale for free due to the size of the purchase. There are plenty of other stores where you will be treated better - I'd recommend you go there instead.

Always great service know and under stand all the products they sell

Went in during the week to see what stock/brands were available and had mixed reviews. Went in again just recently again during the week, and the service from Sam was excellent! End us spending thousands on accessories for the new 4wd. Thanks Sam 5 stars for you.
