Terrible counter service , rude unhelpful staff member. Drove a fair way to collect an item said to be in stock when phoned the store earlier that day. Walked out in disgust at his attitude and lack of help finding the item, left empty handed never to return.

Excellent service, quick response.Called for a quote and to discuss what I'd need for a project, the advice was straightforward and honest.When I called to get the bits I needed, delivery was fabulously affordable and the driver was top notch, putting the rock exactly where I needed it and being super friendly with the bits he was delivering.Absolutely chuffed and will definitely continue to use them.

I've always found them to be friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and to supply a good quality product. They generally ask me what I need the product for, and have politely suggested a more suitable product when realising I've ordered the wrong product for the job.
