Got a referral from my orthodontist to See Andrew Dillon.My appointment with Andrew Dillon was on March 3rd.At the appointment, I was told I would be sent photos, analysis and a quote from my appointment, so I could make a decision about treatment options.I followed up on March 26th about where the info was at and was told the letter was still in process and to look out for it in ‘the next week sometime’No email arrived so I followed up again on June 16th (15 weeks after my initial appointment).Was then told that they had sent an email on March 30th which was untrue. The supposed email was not forwarded to me by practice to confirm it was sent.Haven’t felt any level of service for the exorbitant price charged and 3 months wait time to get an appointment.Would recommend doing research about other options and looking elsewhere…
