Customer service was excellent. My cat had a difficult recovery after surgery. Jill and Dr Kwan handled the situation very well and rectified any issues, we really appreciated it. I found Dr Kwan to be helpful and caring.

Vets seem more scared of my shepherd than they should be. 1st visit was OK, had to wait over an hour though past my booking. I noticed They don't bring joy and peace to the situation like my old vet did and to build trust with the dog.. which is sad because you'd think they'd love animals no matter what. . But it seems more like a GP setting than a loving place. They still do their job though i guess. The ladies at reception however are completely opposite, grabbed water for her and a towel etc, they came right up to our dog with no worry compared to the vets/nurses lol
