DREADFUL. False advertising properties for sale that dont exist. 1 only sales rep stood up or introduced themselves. No pricing available. Exploiting current situation with arrogance at it's best.

Left waiting by staff for about half an hour after being told we would be seen to in a min.We were chasing info for the next release, and the Harbor release, however this shan't be happening, poor experience due to poor staff, suggest avoiding.

Sales staff in office are nice. However I left floods up north to discuss,ultimately signing a new home contract. I had contact with a North Harbour maintenance worker who was angry at the world and lacks enough class to approach strangers with even a tiny degree of civility. His point of view I accept but his delivery of it was disgusting and disgraceful to my family

Stopped at the sales office to check out how this development is progressing. We drove around the area to get a fair idea first and so far it all looks impressive.We were attended to by Matthew, very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly staff member.Future development was fully explained and we'll certainly look forward to being kept informed of our interest in a particular area of North Harbour.

Aiden, Linda & Lorraine were very welcoming and so accommodating of our needs. I came with my brother Michael and his wife to look at the land, and I was blown away of how friendly and helpful they were. My brother ended up buying the land and hopefully building a new home soon. It’s a place you want to call “Home”

It's my first experience with buying land and Aidan and Lorraine - indeed the entire office - have made the experience painless. After visiting other land releases and getting the hard word from them it was nice to deal with people who were just happy to answer the questions I had. Highly recommended!
